1. What is srsbay?
Ans. It is an online wholesale products finder platform where all items of nearby or any other place of your choice, will be delivered at your place.
2. How do I order?
Ans. You can download our android app or IOS app, or, else you can order from your PC/laptop/Ipad/phone by using the link http://srsbay.com/ to order your requirement.
Thereafter, the vendors will take care of the rest & will execute your order and ensure that your items of supply are all in line with your order. The delivery personnel will pick up your order, securely packed, and drive their way to your location but it all depends from vendor to vendor on the type of order i.e., you will pick yourselves or to be delivered.
3. Can I order from multiple vendors?
Ans. Absolutely! However, each vendor will incur a separate delivery fee, which means delivery charges will be extra for different points specially when the ordered quantities are small.
4. What is your delivery range?
Ans. It all depends on the distance between your location & seller location.
5. How long does a delivery take?
Ans. Again, it all depends on the distance between your location & seller location.
6. What do I do? When I get a wrong order or an incomplete order.
Ans. Call customer care of respective vendor, to attend to your request. We, along with our vendors partners, do our best to ensure that every single order goes well, without being wrong or incomplete. To be double sure all the delivery personnel will recheck from their end too for every pickup but unfortunately, sometimes someone makes omissions. However, when it happens we want to know instantly to take a corrective action at the right time. Honestly speaking, advise you to check if every item is as per your order placed before the delivery personnel leaves your place.
7. What if something is wrong with my items of supply?
Ans. Call customer care of the respective vendor, and inform about the same, will ensure to make it right on priority as per the agreed terms & conditions.
8. What is Delivery refund policy?
Ans. Generally, all repayments processed within 6 to 12 working days subject to returns and cancellation policy but all it varies from vendor to vendor.
9. How do I cancel my order?
Ans. On any situation, you would like to change or cancel an order, get in touch with the respective customer care / vendor who would help you promptly but no cancellation or changes are acceptable if the ordered products made to ready or packed for despatch and this too differs from vendor to vendor based on their terms and conditions of sale.
10. How do I check my order status?
Ans. Go to My Account & click on Track my essentials order(s) or a link from your order confirmation screen to sight out the movement of your delivery in real-time. You can also get delivery status updates via sms or phone.
